Wilson Psychological & Forensic Services, PLLC is full-service mental health, forensics, and substance abuse practice servicing most counties in Washington State and Texas, including Houston, Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Katy. Our providers are trained to conduct several types of evaluations and assessments, including substance abuse, Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN), TX DOT SAP, and Non-DOT evaluations to help you get back to work.
