Court-Ordered Assessments

Washington State’s DUI law includes assessment and possible treatment for convicted offenders. The Department of Licensing is prohibited from reinstating the license of persons who failed to obtain an assessment and/or any education and/or treatment the evaluator recommends.

What we offer

WPFS, PLLC offers court-ordered and substance abuse assessments in the Washington State and Texas area. A court-ordered drug or an alcohol evaluation usually involves cases related to Driving Under the Influence (DUI); Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Disorderly Conduct, Drug Possession Cases including minors, Child Custody, and other cases of substance abuse, manufacturing, or distribution. In many cases, evaluations are mandated as part of the sentencing process according to the state the crime was committed. The cost of each assessment varies in each state.
